Shipping policy

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. As our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery typically takes  7 - 20 business days depending on your location and the item ordered. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.  Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or suppliers availability.   If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us and we will investigate.
